For larger engagements (Gateway over 1,000 seats, Sovereign deployments, any defence or government contract), expect a 4–8 week procurement cycle including legal review and security questionnaire. Magnifica responds to standard questionnaires (CAIQ, SIG, ENISA) within two working days.
Magnifica is the compliance layer above your AI stack. If you already operate an LLM gateway (Kong, Portkey, Bifrost, Cloudflare AI Gateway), Magnifica sits above it and adds the policy and audit layer. If you do not, Magnifica provides the gateway too. The decision is yours; the pricing is the same for both deployments.
Per-seat. Magnifica is purchased for the people who use AI in your organisation, not the volume of AI traffic. This matches the way Compliance and Legal already budget for governance tools. Call volumes within fair use are not metered. Excessive traffic (over 5,000 LLM requests per seat per month) triggers a conversation, not a bill.
In the managed Gateway deployment, prompts and documents pass through Magnifica's EU-resident infrastructure (Stockholm, Frankfurt) for the duration of policy classification only — typically under 50 milliseconds. Nothing is retained except the structured audit log entry (who, when, what verdict, on what policy). The prompt content itself is held only as long as required to render the verdict to the user, then discarded.
In Sovereign deployment, nothing leaves your perimeter at any time. Magnifica software runs inside your VPC or on-premise; prompts, documents, and audit logs are all yours.
Monthly Gateway subscriptions cancel at the end of the current period with 30 days notice. Annual and three-year contracts include a buy-out clause at 50 percent of remaining contract value. Audit engagements are fixed-fee with a 30 percent deposit; cancellation before week three refunds 60 percent.
Annual prepayment: 12 percent off Gateway. Three-year commitment: 25 percent off Gateway, 15 percent off Audit add-ons. Anchor-customer programme (first 12 Magnifica enterprise customers, signed before Q3 2026): 40 percent off year one, named in case studies, board-level Magnifica advisor seat. Non-profit, academic, and public-interest organisations: 50 percent off Audit, Gateway billed at cost.
